Digital delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically through the checkout and delivery platform identified on the product page. Confirm that your email address is correct before completing the purchase.
Refunds
Because digital files can be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases are generally final unless the checkout page states otherwise, the files are materially defective, or applicable law requires a remedy.
Duplicate purchases and delivery problems
Contact KAlexanderLLC promptly if you are charged twice, receive the wrong product, or cannot access the purchased files. Reasonable efforts will be made to correct verified delivery problems.
Compatibility
Customers are responsible for confirming that they can open common PDF, DOCX, and XLSX formats as applicable to the product listing.
No outcome-based refund
A refund is not available solely because a customer did not achieve a particular income, business, credit, funding, savings, or other outcome.
